Practical Sourcing Ltd is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour and child labour in any form.

We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our business operations or supply chain.

Our Business

Practical Sourcing Ltd is a UK-based sourcing and procurement partner providing engineering, manufacturing and industrial component supply solutions to customers within the United Kingdom and internationally.

We work with manufacturers, fabricators, engineering companies and logistics providers across multiple sectors.

Our Supply Chain & Risk Management

We recognise that supply chains, particularly within manufacturing and international sourcing, can present potential risks. We take reasonable and proportionate steps to assess and mitigate those risks, including:
 

  • Working with established and reputable suppliers

  • Conducting supplier due diligence where appropriate

  • Seeking confirmation that suppliers comply with applicable labour laws

  • Prioritising suppliers operating within regulated jurisdictions

  • Maintaining ongoing supplier relationships and communication

If any concerns are identified, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include terminating supplier relationships.

Policies & Expectations

We expect all suppliers, contractors and business partners to operate in accordance with applicable employment legislation and to uphold the principles of fair treatment, lawful working conditions and respect for human rights.

Modern slavery in any form will not be tolerated.

Responsibility & Review

Responsibility for implementing and monitoring this statement rests with the Managing Director of Practical Sourcing Ltd.

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary.
