Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Practical Sourcing Ltd is committed to conducting business in a manner that protects the welfare, safety and human rights of all individuals who may be affected by our operations.
 

We recognise our responsibility to act with integrity and to ensure that our business practices do not contribute to harm, exploitation or abuse in any form.

Scope of Safeguarding

Although Practical Sourcing Ltd operates primarily within industrial sourcing and manufacturing supply chains, we remain vigilant in ensuring:

  • Ethical treatment of workers within our supply chain

  • Compliance with applicable labour and employment legislation

  • Zero tolerance of exploitation, coercion or abuse

  • Prompt action if safeguarding concerns are raised

Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding concerns relating to our operations or supply chain can be raised directly with the Managing Director.

All concerns will be treated seriously, reviewed appropriately and handled with discretion.

Responsibility & Review

Responsibility for safeguarding oversight rests with the Managing Director of Practical Sourcing Ltd.

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary.
